We strive to provide hassle-free driver services at all times. However, in case of cancellations or service issues, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Advance payments are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) or if the driver has already reported to duty.
  • If a driver is unable to report due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement will be provided or a refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
  • Disputes regarding service quality will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our customer support team.
